There’s a special bond we share with Siliguri and North Bengal. Since our first township Uttorayon have come up in 2012, we have been witness to the outstanding transformation that Siliguri has gone through.
It gives us immense pleasure and happiness to have been a part of this phenomenal journey, with our projects there. We created Montana Vista with the intention of offering a boutique hotel experience at par with international standards for visitors as well as local residents in this thriving metropolis. Our vision was to offer the best of hospitality and create a new-age ideal destination for business meets, conferences, leisurely get-togethers, socials, weddings and for spending quality time with family and friends.
With 39 well-appointed rooms, 2 exclusive restaurants and a well-stocked bar, the boutique hotel within the Uttorayon complex, is a sanctuary of joy, peace and calm, only a few minutes' walk from City Centre, Siliguri's largest shopping mall.
We are glad that over time it has turned into a ‘home away from home’ for many a loyal guest. Designed to align with the pristine nature in and around the hub of North Bengal, we hope Montana Vista continues to spread happiness and be the repose of choice for generations to come!

- Today, we have progressed beyond just housing, nurturing the domains of realty (residential, retail and commercial), hospitality (resorts, hotels, spas and restaurants), healthcare (multi-specialty hospitals, fertility clinics) and education.
- While venturing into commercial office space, we saw the need of a comfortable work-life balance for young professionals and created Ecospace Business Park, a gold rated green building.
- In hospitality, our first major venture was ‘Raichak on Ganges’. We set up a resort and country home complex on a sprawling 100 acres of land on the banks of the majestic Ganges.
- We also championed the cause of healthcare by setting up the Bhagirathi Neotia Woman & Child Care Centre in Kolkata and a multi-specialty hospital at Siliguri. With a humble desire to contribute to the advancement of education in Bengal, we have recently set up The Neotia University.
Above all, we want to be a responsible, progressive & sensitive corporate citizen. My family and our business have always been deeply involved in philanthropy. We will strive to put in sincere and continuous efforts to contribute to the economic, social and human development of our nation.

Our Chairman's Profile
Shri Harshavardhan Neotia did his schooling in La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata and obtained B.Com (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Subsequently he completed the Owner President Management Program (OPM) from the Harvard Business School, USA.
He was conferred with ‘Padma Shri’ by the Hon’ble President of India in 1999 for his outstanding initiative in social housing and was also honoured with YPO Legacy of Honour Award in 2005.
